Shipping Policy

In stock merchandise orders are normally processed and shipped within 24 - 48 hours when selecting standard ground shipping. Orders placed using our premium or expedited shipping will ship same day if orders are placed before 4pm EST and those placed after will be shipped the next business. Pet Shoppe Boys cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. All items must be sent to a street address.

Backordered items will be given our highest priority and will provide estimated ship date as soon as we can via email or a phone call.

Your wonderful merchandise may ship from different store locations. We will notify you of the shipment(s) with tracking numbers. Your cost for shipping will not change from those charged originally at checkout unless shipping weight or size exceeds UPS, FedEx ground limitations. Should this occur we will contact you directly for approval.  

 

Shipping Surcharges

Based on their size and/or weight, certain items, i.e. furniture, may incur a shipping surcharge. Shipping surcharges on items shipping via freight line or OTL will contact you directly from our shipping team. We can provide white glove service for any product just contact our customer service team.

 

Damaged product by shipping:

Should your merchandise arrived damage please keep all packing material and place a claim within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product with the carrier which delivered your merchandise. Please contact us to let us know you received a damaged shipment and to receive a Pet Shoppe Boys claim number.
